Cold, efficient, and unrelenting in her goals, Penelope is an adopted daughter of the chaos god Kara and serves as one of the dual Prayers for the Vesperlands army. Raised amidst poverty and suffering, Penelope took it upon herself to survive and create a better future for herself and her country, no matter what it took. When Kara tested her resolve and she impressed him with her defiance, he offered her a place in his army, which she accepted. It is rumoured that during her time ascending the ranks, she gave up her humanity in exchange for unfathomable power on the battlefield. She can often be found working on important missions that few can be trusted with, choosing to go with Edvard Iorskaf, or Risa Dalnikava when absolutely necessary, and her special talent is repelling anyone who would even consider befriending her, either via an exchange of harsh words or her generally disinterested expression. Penelope's hobbies include ice skating, raising falcons, and keeping everything around her in pristine condition. Her bonded weapon is a lance named Doprijel. Its trinket form is a necklace.
